Obsowice Forest, Wroclaw, is the setting of an unusual recording session. Sundogs, the trio of Mateusz Rybicki, Zbigniew Kozera and Samuel Hall, uncover the tiny interactions of life In The Land of Green Dust. Escaping the void of the city to meet between the fingers of trees, Sundogs embrace the sounds of the forest through interactive improvisation. In addition to the clarinet, double bass and drum set, the musicians reached for smaller instruments such as African kalimba, flute, harmonica as well as their own voice to create a spontaneous session of reflective improvised music free from the rigid forms of planned living.
